The city hall shall be designated as a community center and may be utilized by all organizations and groups of the city to conduct their activities, provided, the meetings and activities of the governing body shall take precedence over the activities of any group or organization.

The governing body shall establish by ordinance a rental fee for the use of the city hall.

$50 per day plus a refundable cleaning deposit of $30. The two payments must be made by separate checks.

All property located in the city hall and on city property adjacent to the city hall is the exclusive property of the city and shall not be removed without the express approval of the governing body.

The governing body shall establish and post within the city hall, rules and regulations to be followed by all organizations and groups when using the city hall or city property. Failure to abide by the rules and regulations, as posted, may result in the suspension of an organization or groups right to future use.
